    I am still learning to overcome some fear. For example, fear of being told off by my close family members. However, when reading your post here, there’s a moment in my mind that I should do without thinking the consequences, that I should approach with confidence and deal with it.     • Thanks Tar. I am glad you found my post useful. I lived with fear for and anxiety for years and its only in recent years that Ive managed to somehow keep it controlled. Fear and anxity destroy lives and the sooner you can overcome it and forge ahead, the better.

  2. One thing that stood out for me in this post was meditation.

    I’ve been doing meditation for awhile now and I really feel it is benefiting me. I try to spend at least 20 minute a day, preferably in the mornings, meditating. It seems since I began meditating I experience a more relaxed and confident sense of wellbeing.

    Of course, it take some time to really get conferrable with whole idea of meditating. I mean, it’s difficult at first to completely clear and free your mind of any though.

    Focusing on your breathing helps with clearing the mind. Just completely focus on take big bright in and then very slowly exhaling. After doing that for about 5 to 10 times, then just relax and let your body breath on its own while still focusing on breathing. It gets easier the more you do it.
