Are You Looking For a Way to Earn Passive Income Online?
The Big Profit System claims that it’s not a multi level marketing business and you don’t have to do much in order to make money but I will tell you right out of the gate that that’s exactly what it is.
That is the polite way of putting it. The raw way of saying it is that this is nothing more than a pyramid scheme.
The reason I say that is because there is zero product to promote with this program. All you will be doing is getting people to join and as you build your team you make money from those who join after you.
The system was created by William Foley, a one time top producer with Empower network. If you have been around long enough you may know that Empower Network founded by David Wood eventually went bankrupt and shut its doors. A lot of people lost their money with the scheme.
The one thing that I have to give them is that they don’t mince their words when they tell you if you don’t have the money to invest in the program then it’s not for you.
This program requires someone with some deep pockets to get started with. At the very high end of it you will be paying up to $21000!
They don’t appear on the Better Business Bureau website which means the company is a fad.
How it works
pon signing in you will need to pay $280 admin fee. These gets you a cloned page that you can send people to. You also get pre-designed postcards that you can order and have them mailed out to your prospects.
At the very bottom of it, the opportunity is based on coaching services. By coaching, we are talking about overzealous sales reps who will be pushing you to buy more of their products.
It’s also what you are trained to become. Here are the steps that you need to follow once you join in;
- Buy a membership.
- Take your lead-page that includes your affiliate code.
- Advertise the page.
- When someone purchases through you, a commission is added to your account.
- Continue building a team under you.
- Profit from your team.
Each level unlocks a different module of training. The training is really nothing but showing you how to recruit members.
Here are the different levels.
- Level 1 – $1,000
- Level 2 – $3,000
- Level 3 – $6,000
- Level 4 – $12,000
- Level 5 – $20,000
Members get few different landing pages which they can use to promote the business. Each page has an assigned affiliate code that the company uses to send commissions.
You can find these pages by adding a random number to the end of the website address.
To make money means you have to recruit 3 people under you in order to recoup your investment. You earn a 50% commission on your recruits.
Like many MLMs, you only earn commissions on the level that you have purchased. So if my new recruit has a lot of cash in his bank account and decides to purchase level 5, I would have to purchased all the way to level 5 to be eligible for the 10K commission.
I don’t know about you but can you imagine convincing 3 people to buy a product worth 20K in order for you to make 10?
Also remember for every level you buy you will still need to pay the $280 admin fee.
Pros and cons
All in all people do make money. If you have the gift of the gab, you might make some money here and there. That’s the only plus I can think of. I however doubt that you will become a millionaire. High ticket programs don’t last for long.
This is the recruiting business and not really a high ticket item. Personally, I don’t see how getting people to buy a product whose entire business model is to promote a coaching service that is based on coaching others.
There is no real meaningful value to it since you are not really building an asset but a team of people maxing out their credit cards in the hope of recovering their investment.
Unrealistic income claims: The sales page says how you can make up to 15K in the next 90 days. That is a big red flag right there. It take much longer for any business to generate that kind of income. If it was that easy, everyone would be doing it.
They are just telling you what you may want to hear.
I can say that The Big Profit System in nothing more that a pyramid scheme.
People who make money in the real world don’t go about posting videos of themselves opening checks. Money is good but what people look for is value. When you show people a step by step process of how to grow their business then they be more than willing to take your recommendation.
How long do think it will take before this system saturates and fall apart. A few folks up the ladder will make money but the majority will be left hurting really bad. You may want to read of another system that had to be closed by the FTC called Aspire Digital Altitude.
I have seen a lot of this programs come and go. You don’t want to be the last person standing. Do the right thing and go with what works.
Building a successful online business is not easy but then again, it’s not as complicated as a lot of people imagine. There are technical aspects of any business, that one has to familiarize themselves with and that is no exception with online businesses. Once you get that part right, the rest is easy.
Don’t fall for smartass coaches who tell you to part with your money in order for you to make more. These sort of businesses eventually crumble. Just don’t become a victim.
There far easier ways that one can grow online biz without having to shoot videos of yourself opening checks. Remember the key words here are value before money.
The best and legit way money online for the long haul, is by having your own website.
Not one that has been provided for you, but one you have built from the ground up. You don’t even need to spend money to own one.
It becomes your property and no one can take that away from you.
If you follow the right strategies, you can be assured of building a stable flow of income for years to come.
It’s taken a lot of patience, hard work and total dedication. That is the way the game plays out and it’s something I would not take shortcuts with.
I would highly advise you to check out this education platform. This is a program that was founded way back in 2006, has stood the test of time and continues to get better with each year.
